The best part of working at Emerlin is being able to have creative ideas in your head but having them come into fruition really fast when they are actually implemented by a professional developer! There's not too much I dislike about my job or coworkers; sometimes there isn't enough work for us so its hard keeping busy doing what needs done (but thats also true everywhere). If you're looking to get experience in web designing/developing this is definitely something worth considering. As far as benefits go, if i were asked to pick 1-2 things from all employees i'd say health insurance would be #1 because most employers dont offer any sorta healthcare plan anymore. Benefits like dental care etc will cost extra money which can add up over time. This was just one person's opinions though.
