My situation was this: A few years ago we switched to OTA, used indoor antennas, one for each of our 3 TVs. We have line of sight to our local antenna farm 12 miles away. The internal antennas were "ok" but barely as every time a car passed the TV pixelated. We had an old rooftop satellite dish from the previous owner and the RG-6 cable was still connected to the house, we have cable outlets in every room. We also have internet from Comcast with the same RG-6. I used a satellite mast and connected the RG-6 to the Mediasonic antenna. Bingo! Now all TVs have great reception and no more ugly internal antennas!
