I use this product and I love it. Today I opened a new one and couldn't get the pump to work. I tried using the pump from my last one but that didn't work either. I decided to just open it up and not use the pump at all. IT WAS EMPTY! Revane says I can't go back because my window is closed. So I have to pay $70 for an empty lotion jar. Fiction!
