The ability to have multiple users in one community (such as an employee group) is very useful when it comes time to create training materials or other documentation that needs input from many people at once. I wish there was more flexibility with how you can set up your user permissions/roles - sometimes we want certain groups of users access only some parts of our site while others get full access everywhere! Also, having all communications go through Slack makes things easier than emailing everyone individually about changes being made to content etc. This has really improved communication between my team internally and also helps us keep track of what's going on externally by monitoring conversations happening via Slack.
