I didn't even know these new "hybrid" styluses existed. I decided to give them a try and pretty much based my first purchase on the product that got the highest ratings and best reviews. and i have to admit i'm usually too lazy to write reviews but since i get so many great products i thought it's time to do my part! These little pens are beautiful, they are long, thin, super light and the colors are lovely. Basically I was just impressed by the length and the feel in my hand. After using one of these to tap my iPad for a few seconds, I've forever spoiled myself with these short, blunt little dollar store styluses. it felt like an elegant writing instrument, smooth and fluid on the touchscreen. all is well. Also, they came in a neat little package, individually wrapped, with an extra little dust-free screen cleaning cloth, all in little tiny ziplock bags (I have picky, obsessive tendencies that make me FULLY appreciate these things). There were also elastic straps that could be used to attach to handles and as a dust cover to attach to your device, but I didn't use them. good to have just in case. Overall I was very happy with this purchase and now I feel better sharing it with you! **Update - I'm still addicted to them and still using them; most notably that the longer length is convenient for navigating the iPad's touchscreen keyboard. The only thing I find annoying (but not bad enough to deduct a star from a product). but I think this advice might end up being a little "cooler". I can only describe what I feel when I press the screen: When I was living in New York, I lost some weight due to stress. after a while i got scared to ride the subway because the distance between the train seat and my seat was not big enough and i had to think about chicken bones! it's the same here. Need more pillows!
