My schnauzer and I love this! She gets tired on our long walks so when she wants to be pulled, she goes to the backpack and sits down & waits for me to put her inside. Then she naps while I finish walking her brother. It’s awesome. She weighs around 15 pounds. If I had to say anything negative about it, it would have to be that the shoulder straps sometimes fall out of the back slot while you’re pulling it and get caught under the wheel. If you’re not careful they will get shredded. Thankfully it was just the excess material that got caught when it happened to me and didn’t affect the function of the backpack straps themselves. If you’re just thinking about getting this and not sure if you’ll like it, trust me, you’ll love it! It’s very sturdy and I know I’ll be using it for many more years to come. My 12 year old schnauzer and I thank you (& her rambunctious 5 year old brother who enjoys his long walks!).
