The customer support team at Advance has been amazing to work with! They truly care about their clients success while also being able understand how difficult it can be for small businesses who are just getting started building out recruitment processes from scratch or that have never done anything like this before (especially if you're new). I've worked directly w/the Support Team when they were tasked helping us implement an advanced candidate tracking system called "Talent Engage". It was extremely helpful because we had no experience implementing any sort of recruiting software so working together as partners helped solve some problems along way since there's nothing else available off-The -Shelf yet either!! If anyone asks me what my favorite part would definitely be having them help design every step involved into figuring things such as onboarding candidates & making sure everything aligns perfectly once implemented within TalentEngange itself.- There isn't much dislikeable thing other than maybe lackadaisical attitude sometimes but overall great people.
