Rechishre (R) versus Boogie Board ( BB) Cost: R is usually much cheaper Size/Writing area: About the same Darker, very thin lines The lettering on the BB is wider, lighter and more visible Stylus holder: R is integrated into the tablet, but the holding of R can cause the stylus to fall out if you don't line up the stylus perfectly when you put it back in. Very frustrating.The BB holder is on the top and is very convenient to use.Lock: R has a lock to to prevent accidental deletion while BB doesn't have a dedicated lock button or slider. However, the lock on the R is tiny and is on the back making access difficult. I didn't find the lock necessary. In addition, the stylus clip on the BB practice placed r the delete button, which can act as a padlock. Hanging: R has a hole and magnets for hanging, but BB doesn't. However, the R hole is in the top left, making it awkward to use, and the magnets aren't strong enough to hold it to the fridge. Conclusion: I like BB better. The lettering on it is much more visible and the pin is easy to pinch.
