Customer Support team at intract has been very responsive & helpful when I need anything! So far there have not really any dislikes- if it's an issue between me or my clients they are quick to work out what we're doing wrong/what needs fixing (or sometimes both). They also provide training seminars for our staff so you can be sure everyone knows how things should operate from first day of working together. It helps us get ahead by providing support services before potential issues arise which saves time once problems do occur. I like how they are able help you set up your business website as well or other social media sites such as Facebook/Twitter etc.. They can also provide training for employees if necessary! The customer support could be better sometimes but it's still good overall!! If anyone wants someone who will take care of them when needed then this agency would do great work :) We did not have any issues at all while working together so far.
