How disappointing! Unfortunately, my trip to TOUCHBeauty was not the wonderful shopping experience I had hoped for. In spite of their seemingly endless selection, the quality of their offerings was disappointing. Honestly, no one wants to waste their money on inferior cosmetics and tools. Their customer service was a headache on top of everything else. They weren't very kind or helpful, and I got the impression that my business wasn't valued. And I won't even go into how slow and inefficient their shipment and handling was. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from TOUCHBeauty. There are many more online retailers offering wider product selections and more helpful staff members. You will be glad you did it down the road.
