I ordered this item on 27th December 2018 and the strap and clip broke on 02/08/19. My returns window closed on 01/31/19. The bag has hardly been used during this period, how do I arrange an exchange? The material seemed to be of good quality! Frustrated after spending the money, I barely used it for a total of a month.
