I bought this product after LCL and ACL surgery for extra stability and to replace the bulky brace I was given at the hospital. When ordering, I did not take into account any swelling. I ordered a medium size and unfortunately it was too small for my foot. After emailing me asking if the product met my needs when I mentioned my problem and without question or hesitation they sent me a great free gift including shipping! I asked them for a return address so I could send back the original media which they refused and told me to give it to someone who needs it because they don't want me going out during this pandemic (COVID-19). They have no idea who I am but they are concerned for my safety and health so business should be done and I support them 100%!
