The first one I opened works fine. the next 2 not. They won't charge even though my iPhone 11 shows the charging icon on the phone. Also shows "Accessories may not be supported" on my son's iPhone 7. We have a lot of chargers at home and checked everything to make sure it wasn't 2 phones and only those 2 chargers weren't working. I received lemons and asked for a replacement. I will update in a few weeks. Updated on 05/10. – I received the requested replacement within a day (lightning fast delivery!) BUT the same problem occurred. Concluded that these cables will not work with all 5W boxes. I've tested literally every box from 5 watts to 18 watts at home. We have an iPhone family of 5 so we keep a lot of them around the house. They worked great with all the higher capacity boxes but not two of my three 5w boxes. Very strange. As a final note, if you are using older 5W boxes that came with older iPhones then these may not be for you. If you have newer boxes, or charge from a computer or other USB devices, they should work just fine. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. My younger boys have older 5W boxes so I will be updating their boxes.
