Exactly as described.
I have never used this thread and am very happy with it. Works great. The colors are very bright. The thread is not shared. The only problem I had was that the thread didn't pull out from the middle of the skein very easily, so I had to wind it into a ball, but it didn't matter much. I will use more of this yarn in other colors. For me the size is comparable to #3.
