I had removed the hedge from the side of our house and the wall was so badly soiled from being hit by water from our well for ten years. I've tried all sorts of cleaners to remove the stain before painting and they didn't do anything. The pressure washer didn't even work. I sprayed it with a pump can, let it sit for a minute or two and used a little elbow force with a scraper, cleaned it up well enough and it blew my mind after all the other products I've tried. We sprayed something on the track and were able to wash it off with a hose. Also works great on green powdery mildew. Before and after photos, ready to paint.
