I like that it keeps track of employees time off so they don't have any problems with their paychecks when there are no hours worked during vacation days etc! It's easy enough if you're new at using this software but more experienced users can find ways around some things which isn’t good as we need our data organized properly all year round without having issues later down road (we do not get paid until after 12/31). We also had an issue where one employee was able input info into another person work order because he didn;' t know how else go about doing something differently than what she did before him being hired by us - very annoying!! You would think someone who knows computers could figure out better way then taking over other people orders just fine once trained them correctly from beginning however sometimes even training doesn"T cut through well unless already familiar.
