Due to Covid and the need to wear a mask I believe I can stand my ground and wear a mask on my own terms. Yes I know it meets the criteria for wearing a mask but not the need to filter to feel safe. It was easy to fix. I slipped the mask over an embroidery hoop (which everyone needs, even if you don't embroider!) and attached a piece of 6x6 microfiber cloth to it. It's now thicker and more protected than most masks people wear, giving me the feeling of increased protection. Another great benefit is that I don't have to adjust it once it's in place.
