I ended up having four of these belts, the first three broke and were sent back within 30 days, the current belt on my fourth belt broke today exactly 6 days after I retired Date. So why did I always get spare belts? I hope mine was an accident, but the strap falls apart at a critical point when you switch the strap from black to brown. This thing is a piece of junk and nobody should buy it if they don't want to spend the time to send it back. I took care of the fourth strap and it's still broken after five weeks. I'm a tall man 6ft 6in 340lbs but the original belt I bought last year has held up and been great it's just a bad batch of belts maybe they can fix it. and you will get a good one. Much luck
