Does what it says it will do.
I throw it in the back of my Jeep with food and drinks. It hooks up to my lighter port in the back, and I can run it while driving to my destination. It has a battery voltage alarm that you can adjust, it will keep your battery from dying in your car. I also have batteries I bring on occasion that work as a back-up. It takes about 20 minutes to cool down empty. I love being able to transfer food without having to deal with heavy ice.
