This humidifier is good and easy to fill and use. I would give it more stars except that it leaves a film on the furniture in the room it is in. Even when we switched to distilled water, we still have a film on the surfaces. Otherwise it works great. --- UPDATE --- I just received an email from a buyer offering me a refund or replacement if I remove my review from Revain. To me, those are some dodgy things. Asking to remove an honest review doesn't help others determine if a product is worth buying. I bought 2 of these humidifiers so I know replacing them won't fix the film problem. I can't get a refund for deleting my review.
