This is the best kinesio tape for the price. while swimming. but it doesn't even come close.- First, I can find it at any Walgreens when it runs out, which is great for when I need it.- Second, incredible glue. I wipe the parts to be sealed with rubbing alcohol, apply the tape and rub it in to make sure it sticks. The longest I've worn the band is 10 days straight and it hasn't budged once. I shower with the tape, careful not to get the soap on the tape and it dries within minutes of getting out. - Fourth, the price is ridiculous compared to competitors. Affordable and the roller lasts a decent amount of time because I don't have to keep reapplying it. Kinesio tape is amazing if you know what you're doing (I learned how to use it by watching lots of YouTube videos) and it can provide instant pain relief. I highly recommend it.
