These side panels for X/S series controllers look great. I took the green one for the battery. This adds a nice touch to the controller. In terms of functionality, they really don't offer anything better than the standard grip. They feel comfortable but nothing special when used. They fit quite well, I'd say you might feel a fraction of a millimeter in some spots, but that's not really a complaint, more of an observation as I didn't notice it during gameplay. I have the same ones for the Switch Pro and they add a little something to the experience. This style on an Xbox One controller without textures will likely add something.
