Better than double sided tape
These require you to screw the mount/bracket in but once they are in they don't come off.
All of the self adhesive types would fall off eventually. These are rock solid.

Had a project to attach an extension cord under my overhang outside above the deck for lighting. Very easy to attach the hardware and then to strap the cord up. I will use these again for a similar project to secure a cord for outdoor lighting.
