The thing is almost perfect: Pros: 1. When opening the box and taking out the device, the first surprise was the weight. I was expecting a "cheap" lightweight plastic sensor. No, it is lightweight as it is made of aluminum and looks very sturdy.2. Easy installation - but note there are no instructions, not even anything printed on the box. Straight ahead, so no problem.3. Kept my iPhone safe with Ottobox. I also bought a phone bungee as I didn't know what to expect when I ordered it online but to be honest I don't think bungee will be required. The side screws hold the phone securely in place - time will tell if it comes loose. OK - with all that said the only downside is if you want your phone to work vertically it only adjusts up and down (12-6), it doesn't adjust side to side (9 - 3). It's fine if you don't have an OCD, or in my case CDO, but the phone sits at such an odd angle compared to the other tools. If you have a straight 1" neck section that works in a 9-3 pattern this isn't a problem, but the only place I could hold onto was the rise and angle of the neck (Daytona/Tracker bars). lets the phone look at the ends of the panel and not at you. If you don't mind holding your phone horizontally you can get the compound angle you want, but not everyone wants to hold their phone horizontally - it's a little annoying. I hope product designers take notes. That being said I think it's value for money in my opinion and I feel it's very safe.
