Comfortable but not durable
These cases are very comfortable. They feel and move like regular fabric. Unfortunately, they cannot be washed wet. You have to remove the covers (they wrap around the mattress so you have to take them off the bed) and wash them. After you've done this a few times, they'll break and start leaking, which is the number one thing not to do with a mattress pad. They may work best as emergency protection, but with regular use, they don't work at all.
