On receipt and when I put them in the charger they were all 1.27 to 1.28V DC. All of them only took a few hours to display a full charge. As for their "mission". It's ironic that I'll praise these Kripol AAAs when the problem that necessitated their use was the short lifespan of regular alkaline AAAs in my Firestick remotes.
