This isn't the first time I've had to assemble an office chair. In general, the design is tolerable. but the gathering was a disappointment (to put it mildly). The left arm would not lock fully because the nut inside the arm that attached it to the chair pole assembly had snapped off in the plastic housing of the arm itself. Now it "spins" in your hand. Considering the price of the chair, I would have expected a much higher build quality and much better support. Update 05/03/2020 - The best support was exactly what I got. Review. About 2 or 3 days later Bilko replied and apologized for the delay. After several back and forth emails to explain the nature of the problem, they supply a NEW armrest, TWO new armrests and a video of disassembling the chair and installing spares via express delivery via DHL International. And the part of the lever where the nut broke off? They reinforced it with epoxy spot welds to strengthen it. do i need a video nope! I knew what to do. But was I impressed by this level of support and support? YOU PUT. I had new parts a little over a week after my original order arrived. Now the chair works great. Thank you Bilko! Well done!
