When I first got my probe I wasn't impressed with its quality at first glance, once I started running it I encountered nothing but problems that only got worse. After contacting the seller I went through a FULLY professional return/replacement process which shows a true understanding of how difficult it is to return/replace in today's "my bad" society. I immediately received an email with EASY TO FOLLOW instructions (if that doesn't sound like a big deal, then out of luck) and an attached PDF that had the shipping label printed on it and as soon as they saw it. Along the way, they sent me a replacement that works perfectly. Anyone can have a "bad" feeling about finding a company that understands that an adult will correct their mistakes and are likely to retain like-minded customers. That's why I give them 5 stars for their performance and thanks for the good work!
