I have ankle and foot problems and it's really helpful if I wear them for hours or overnight. I also wear them under socks with tennis shoes. They are high quality and I hand wash them. I am sensitive to fabrics and they are very comfortable for me. I'm so glad I found her. Depending on what's going on with your foot, I would order them according to the size chart or larger. I have another larger pack when my foot is swollen. I got them when my foot started to get a more normal size. I still have some issues with my feet and they have the right kind of compression. I wear size 6-7. I have others and they were too tight, even if my foot was a normal size it was almost impossible to put them on but they have enough compression. Enough to add compression but not too tight that you can't hold it for very long. I highly recommend them. I love that they came in a pack of three.
