We have been using such counting cubes in our family for many years. It's time to stock up on our manipulators, so we chose this set because it's included. Paper materials and dry erase actions are ideal, but the dice did NOT work. They had molded edges and didn't even connect properly. My son loves building POWER RANGERS, making animals and transformers out of his bricks. They couldn't connect to themselves or to our second-hands. Buyers be careful, if you use them to connect together THEY MAY NOT work but work well as math manipulations to count or align rather than connect.
