Great for animating video game-like animations in 2D
The ability to create custom, realistic environments that are more complex than just straight walls is great! I like being able use multiple cameras into one scene as well with different angles of view (ie if you have an actor who can't see your camera).
It's not very user friendly though so it takes some training before someone else will be comfortable using this software without assistance from another person or program such VFX Supervisor/artist etc.. This would make their life easier when creating scenes but also help them learn how they work better because there isn’t much tutorials available online about other programs unless its specific ones which aren;' t free anymore - i think thats where most people struggle at first until finding out what works best within each product line then once familiarised everything becomes easy enough even alone :).
