I am absolutely disappointed with this purchase. This bag is too small for any use! And grossly overpriced for any trivial purpose. Based on the product description it should be 14 inches but it's actually 12 if you don't include the handle and wheels. It is also very narrow, so there is not enough space for books or large items. I bought this bag to support my 3 year old before school as her school no longer keeps textbooks due to the Covid protocol so she has to carry them to school every day. I figured this cute little backpack would work. absolute rubbish. If it was a little bigger it would be a dream. My daughter still loves it but now I have yet to find a bigger bag. sigh
