I've wanted to write a review for a long time - and now that I've had the bag for a long time, my review is more specific. The backpack is aesthetically pleasing and fairly light, but like any everyday bag and the few extra items you sometimes carry with you, the bag can get heavy. The shoulder straps are easily adjustable and durable. As much as I sometimes have to carry - I'm glad the straps didn't fray from the bag itself. I have three suggestions for the manufacturer that if corrected will make this backpack an absolute dream. 1 - the magnet inside the bag And the magnet that closes the main valve of the bag should be bigger! Today's small magnets hold, but are sometimes difficult to assemble. 2 - The inner pocket on the back of the backpack should have velcro or something similar to keep it closed. When I try to put something in my pocket, I often find that a pocket opens and gets in the way. Finally 3 - make the rear outer zip pocket at least 1 inch deeper and 1 inch wider. I find this pocket to be a great place to keep my phone, but I have to use two hands to put it in - it's ok if I'm on my side, but with the zipper, I have to tilt my phone. I could also stow my headphones or a small glasses case a little deeper there - the bag fits perfectly, just a little too tight.
