Defect, accidental loop, cut, product differs from photo.
Apparently this used to be used when someone cut a random loop to be attached. The sliders are not the same as in the picture. The huge holes in the front and back are completely out of place and very indicative of a 3 year old. I'm disappointed, just like a three year old.
