Looks like a well made shock absorber
These shock absorbers fit my 1975 Harley well. It looks like a well-crafted shock. I haven't had a chance to try them yet. I'm restoring a Harley and just starting to take it apart for painting and repairs. I'll hit it next spring and let you know
