I didn't want to buy a full sized hydration vest and so purchased this one based upon the positive reviews. I'm not a super long distance runner, but wanted to start getting used to carrying some extra water and a phone while on longer runs. It has the two small water bottles when provide just the right amount of water on longer runs without adding a lot of weight. The pouch carries my phone (iPhone X model), an MP3 player, and a couple of gel packs easily. The moisture proof lining works great to keep my phone and MP3 player from getting covered in sweat. And once adjusted I've never had the belt loosen up. Honestly, once I strap it on before a run I don't even think about it. Overall, this belt does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it exceptionally well.
