Daily mess, light use

, I have a powerful carpet cleaner but nothing like it. I really needed this for hard floors as my carpet cleaner takes really good care of carpets. Setup is easy. No tools required and I was up and running in minutes. I like the charging station. This is a real docking station that not only fits CrossWave, but also charges it. Placement can be tricky, just make sure the charge lights are on. A part of the washing machine needs a solution. Very little solution is required. This can increase the price slightly, so it's probably better to go with a larger bottle to save money in the long run. It also depends on how often you use it. With grandchildren and pets, I expect this to be my idea. I currently have a cordless vacuum installed in my kitchen but I will be swapping it out for it. Disturbance. This is best for light cleaning or recent spills. This is not a deep cleanser that really works on problem areas. Now that it's so quick and easy to use, it's easier to pull out than a few items or a larger device. It's wireless. That's great. I can move furniture and cover distances without disconnecting and reconnecting. It's absolutely priceless. There are two reservoirs. One for water and cleaning solution and one for dirty water. They are a decent size and depending on how much territory and how dirty the ground is will decide how far to go. I was able to make two rooms before running out of eg water/soap solution. I'm also pretty picky about the decision trigger because I really want it to be cleaned up nicely. As far as noise goes, I wouldn't say it's a quiet car. It's a little quieter compared to my much larger carpet vacuum, but there's no way I could leave it running when, for example, one of my grandchildren is sleeping. He is light. Although it's lightweight, it's durable. I found it easy to carry around or roll as needed. One thing I noticed is that it wasn't easy to use under the table. When climbing far under the table, the head rises and the hand no longer touches the floor. Then there is no vacuuming or cleaning. So I have to go around each side to thoroughly clean the floor under the table. The head is thinner and smaller, so it is necessary to work directly above the machine and not stretch too far. I've tried to make the price seem "normal" to me, but I can't say I can fully justify it. It's a nice car, don't get me wrong, but not that big. I try to pay attention to the fact that it's cordless and doubles as a mop and vacuum. It's also one step versus two. But again, it would be cheaper to buy two separate devices. I think it all comes down to time, if you have time to vacuum or mop up you could probably save a buck and skip it. However, when you're on the go, it's worth having multiple products in one. It's not perfect and it's not deep cleaning. But for everyday clutter and being grounded every day, I think most would be happy with this CrossWave.
