Their customer support is very helpful, they have some of the best prices for hosting in Canada (and I've seen them lower than other providers), their servers are always reliable, and it's easy to set up new websites or applications with CFEngine/Ansible-managed Chef environments. They also offer dedicated server options which aren't as cheap but still work great if you're looking for something more specific like load balancing. Easy install process. Nothing really. Just make sure that you do your research before choosing any provider - there are many out there! We use hostek to create web sites and apps while we run our own business. It was important for us to be able to easily spin up multiple instances without having to worry about managing each instance separately. This has been extremely beneficial given the nature of my business.
