I like that they are flexible and try to adapt to your needs as best as possible. They support many different technologies and also cater to businesses who might be on a budget. The website is not very userfriendly but you get used to it the better. It's not easy to make new customers through direct sales, so they rely heavily on search engines for leads. We hired them when we decided that our in house solution was too complex and expensive to maintain. This has led to us having several dedicated servers that require constant attention. However, in return, it means we see steady revenue growth instead of spikes. For this particular problem we solved, other companies seemed to have an easier time getting new customers or existing customers converting online instead of via offline methods. I've been using Hosting 4U for over 10+years now (since 2009). They are always there when you need them! Great support team that is available 24/7 via email or phone if needed at no extra charge unlike other companies who will try & bill your account even though it's not something related directly under contract terms - which can be costly depending upon how many months left until renewal date comes around etc..
