Read other reviews thought it was good to help my swing so bought one.1. Overpriced for what you get 2. The bottom plastic plate that you attach the foam heads to gets in the way when trying to back up and/or swing the racquet down. In a few full hits, I almost broke it by continuing to hit the baseplate. Another hit or two and it would be 20.3 pieces. Weak at best, not very well built for such a high price. Good idea, but needs to be revised and strengthened!
