To easily lose card or ID.
It's good leather and I like the look, but the credit card slots in the tri-fold case aren't covered by leather or the zipper on the side of the wallet, so they're easily stolen or easily get lost if they fall out. Also, the actual sleeves that hold the cards are loose leather, meaning I definitely won't be carrying this wallet around. I hate spending money.
