Review on Anker PowerWave 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station for Apple Watch, iPhone 12, SE, AirPods Pro - Qi-Certified Pad (No Watch Charging Cable & AC Adapter) by Ashley Jones

This is a good design and would probably be a great product, but Anker didn't include an adapter to connect it to the power supply. I tried my iPad power adapter but it didn't work, then I ordered an adapter from Anker and it didn't work, so I ended up calling Anker and they said I needed Quick Charge 3.0 - if that's it what it needs, then Anker should just turn it on, charge it appropriately, and take all the guesswork out of the way. I ordered a white charger with a white cable, but the only Quick Charge 3.0 I could find was black, so I sent everything back. Wake up anchor - put everything you need in the charger! UPDATE: Honestly, Anker, after I gave them a 1 star rating with the above comments, they offered and sent me another charger with a Quick Start 3.0 adapter. The charger works great with my Apple Watch, the cable fits snugly in the case, it also works well with my iPhone 12 in the case. There was another connectivity issue and that was the AirPods. The AirPods didn't charge at all and actually drained, so I called Anker. First I was told I need 2nd gen AirPods or they wouldn't work. I confirmed my AirPods were indeed second generation and called back. Then, after a little discussion, I came to the conclusion that the case should be wireless (the one with the light in front), mine isn't, so I was advised to go back to the store where I bought them, but it was Not. actually not necessary. The AirPods were purchased from BestBuy and came in an unopened Apple box, so this wasn't a problem as some 2nd Gen AirPods were sold with a lighted case and others with a wireless case. I only mentioned this to clarify that not only do you need 2nd gen AirPods, you also need a wireless case - the one with the light on the front. With a little improvement in the description I would like to change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks anchor! Now all I have to do is buy a wireless AirPod case :)
