They suit a figure with a small waist very well which I like to slip through the included belt loops on the other side of the buckle. In my experience they do what they are supposed to do very well. I've had them for about a month now and am mostly black belt. I wear the lighter gray belt, so to speak, to balance the run between the two belts. The included alternate buckles are an added bonus. I tried every combination and settled on a light gray plastic buckle on a matching light gray belt and a satin black metal buckle on a black belt. Overall I would buy and wear them again if needed.
