I've been watching quite a few videos lately that use the potato ricer to make amazing mashed potatoes and I can tell you - it's worth it! the potato with the skin sticks to the cob, which makes it very easy to remove the skin. Can't wait to use the ricer for other recipes, it's so easy to use and clean. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy one!
