I like that you can see all of your open cases at once in one place without having multiple tabs or windows opened up.
It is very easy for me as an agent who has been with my agency since day 1 to use this system efficiently! There are some things about it though they could be improved if there were more options available such as being able to have different types of files (pdf's etc.) uploaded into the main file folder instead of just excel documents only which makes sense but limits us from using other formats. The customer service aspect was great however we had difficulty getting our questions answered quickly due to time zones not matching ours so sometimes it took awhile before someone would respond back. We solved problems faster than previous systems by allowing easier access through sharing via email attachments rather than copying & pasting entire reports over again when sending them out internally.
