Smoothes out wrinkles well
Previous cheap projection screens I've tried had creases that never go away which is annoying and reduces the picture quality of the projector. It's more like a bright white fabric, very soft and flexible with no wrinkles or creases. Some may quibble with pure white and I think you'll get a slightly better picture with a reflective gray specialty material, but that's no problem and works as well or even better than the school screens we're all familiar with. Pretty decent.
