Pulley or damper if you will, so hard, when I pulled the breaker to loosen the tension, the screw fell off immediately. The tensioner didn't move at all. Save money and buy cheap. Spent money and bought a quality part. I went to a national auto parts store and paid for a much better part. This is a very cheap item. Do not buy.
