Does not moisturize at all

I do not consider this product to be moisturizing. It seems that there are marks on the hands and hair. Although it smells very good. But I don't see myself buying it again. Maybe I'll try rose water without glycerin. What I do is put it in a spray bottle with some water and spritz it on my hair for a nice scent. Doesn't feel good on my skin.
