We are able to reach customers in their own language, using their preferred channels (social media, email). With this tool we have been able to save a lot of time, as well as improve customer service by reaching them with more personalized messages. The interface is very intuitive, and I can say without any doubt, it's one of the best tools for customer communication. It has helped us increase our customer satisfaction. A couple of things I would like to see improved: 1) the app should be available in Spanish, which is currently not the case; 2) the tool should include an option to connect directly with the customer through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or other social networks.
