it's beautiful. The spray is great, but children don't just look at it. If it's lowered underwater, it will pop up immediately, but the spray won't start working again right away. We had to help by turning it upside down and shaking the water out of the blowhole. Then it worked fine again. We have done this several times. EVEN IF IT HAS CHANGED COLOR, you absolutely cannot tell 100% if you are outside in a pool under the blazing sun. He's still cute and my two little granddaughters played with him!
